Please find the cancellation charges below. The percentages shown represent the total cancellation amount based on the number of days remaining before the trip start date. For any cancellation of tour arrangements, a cancellation fee will be charged as applicable. If a booking needs to be cancelled, the request must be sent to us well in advance by email. The following charges will then apply. In case a cancellation request is sent after office hours, it will be considered as received on the next working day.
• Booking to 30 days or more: 500rs Per Person
• Between 29-20 days of departure: 30% of tour cost
• Between 19-15 days of departure: 50% of tour cost
• Between 14-10 days of departure: 70% of tour cost
• No refund for cancellation received less than 10 days of the trip.
