Terms and Conditions:
- It is mandatory to carry ID proof (Like Voter ID, Driving Licence, Passport, Govt. Job ID Proof). Also carry Passport Size Photos of all the travellers while you are on tour.
- Cancellation charges as per company policy.
- Any Package/Hotel/Flight/Ferry/Bus/Cab price shown on the website can change at any time.
- Customer has to provide all required IDs and Documents well in advance for an International trip for a Visa or for any other formalities.
- Any failure in the Visa application due to ANY reason TripsCart will NOT be liable to provide any refund.
- In case the given hotels in the quotation are not available or hotels have any issues, then we shall provide similar alternate properties. Any change in the cost (if any) will be advised & payable by the customer.
- Any extra expenses occurred due to bad weather, Road Diversion, Flight/Train/Bus/Ferry cancellation, Strike or Political unrest, Natural Calamities etc.. to be paid by the Customer only.
- Any dispute regarding child’s age is to be settled by the customer directly with the hotels.
- Cancellation charges or refund will be as per the Company/Hotel/Airline/Bus/Ferry or Cab operator’s policy.
- The hotels will decide check-in time and Check-out time as per their terms and conditions.
- We will not be responsible for any sightseeing points falling on a closing day.
- TripsCart reserves the right to modify the itinerary at any point, due to reasons including but not limited to: Force Majeure events, Strikes, Political Disturbance, Fairs, Festivals, Weather Conditions, National Holidays, Traffic problems, Not Issuance of Permits or any kind of Natural Calamities etc…
- It is advisable to seek your doctor’s advice before visiting high altitude places in any Hilly area or destinations such as Nathula Pass (14200feet), Tsomgo Lake (12400feet), Baba Mandir (13600feet), Zero Point (15000-16000feet), Gurudongmar Lake (17800feet), Rohtang Pass, Pangong Lake, or high altitude areas of Leh Ladakh, Kashmir, Himachal or Uttarakhand or any other Domestic/International destination which have high altitude sightseeing points.
- Medical terms and conditions should be your priority. It is advisable to seek your doctor’s advice before undertaking activities like Scuba Diving, Sea walk or any other water activities or to travel in Ferries/Cruise/Boats in Beach destinations, especially in case of any pre-existing medical issues.
- Any Modification or Cancellation due to High Altitude Sickness, Sickness while travelling on Hills, Sea Sickness etc.. will not be entertained and will incur full cancellation.
- Refund/No-refund on the Cab cost will be as per the cancellation policy of the Tour Package or the Only Cab Package.
- TripsCart is not responsible for hotel room cancellation because of the changes/cancellations of Flight/Train/Bus, Lockdown, Natural Calamities, Political disturbance or in any other circumstances if the customer is unable to reach the hotel in any case.
- TripsCart will not be responsible if due to any kind of health/medical issues, high altitude sickness, sea sickness or breathing problem to any Adult, Child, Old Age Person, Infant, or to anyone, cancelling the trip or modification in the trip – No Refund will be applicable.
- No refund will be given on the Complimentary part of the package.
- We will not be liable for any refunds/compensation claims arising due to: Force Majeure events, Strikes, Fairs, Festivals, Normal or National Holidays, Political Disturbance, Weather Conditions, Traffic Problems, Overbooking of Hotels/Flights, Cancellation/Re-Routing/Rescheduling of Flights, Closure/Entry Restrictions, Climatic Changes, any kind of Natural Calamities or any kind of Lockdown due to COVID-19 or any other Epidemic or Pandemic at a place of visit, etc…
- If any sightseeing point is closed during your trip due to a fixed weekly closure day, due to maintenance, due to any VIP Movement, a normal, public or national holiday or due to any other reason, we will not be responsible for any refund, making any changes or providing an alternative.
- We will not be liable for any refunds/compensation if the customer is stuck in a place and not able to continue with the trip and/or miss his/her Flights/Train/Bus/Cab due to bad weather, Flood, Damage or Closure of the Roads/Bridges, Health Issues of the customer/driver, strikes/ Political Disturbance etc..
- Customer has to pay the extra cost in case of diversion or rerouting of the roads due to Road Repair, Road Damage, Blockage of the Road, Landslides or in any other kind of situation.
- In case Govt. ferry is booked, instead of the Private Ferry due to non-availability of tickets, the difference amount is non-refundable in Andaman.
