Itinerary

Day 1Pick up from Airport/Railway Station - Drop to Gangtok (120Kms)

Our representative will Meet and Greet on arrival at NJP Railway Station/Bagdogra and transfer to Gangtok (5,480 ft.) 124 km (77 mi).The drive will take you through a bank of river Tista with a beautiful view of mountains and river. On arrival Check-in to hotel and rest. Overnight stay at Gangtok. Welcome to the charming land of North East. Day 2Full Day excursion to Tsomgo Lake and Baba Mandir

After Breakfast will have a Full day Excursion OF tsomgo lake. The water in this lake has been accumulated from the melting snow on the mountains located nearby. The river Lungtze Chu originates from this lake, which meets Rangpo-chu down its course. According to the history, the colour of water of this lake was studied by Lamas so as to forecast about the future. They believed, if the water had a dark tinge, it indicated a year full of trouble and unrest in the state.later visit to Baba Mandir, is a distinguished sightseeing place of Sikkim. This “mandir” or shrine is dedicated to “Baba” Harbhajan Singh, who was a soldier of the Indian Army.

Day 3Gangtok Local Sightseeing

After breakfast will have a sightseeing of gangtok which include Tashi view point, Hanuman tok, Ganesh tok, Bakhtang waterfall, Enchey Monastery, Flower exhibition centre, Handicraft centre(closed on Sunday), Chorten stupa, Institute of tibetology, Ropeway, Rumtek monastery and lots more. Overnight at gangtok.

Day 4Gangtok to Lachung (125Kms)

Early morning move towards Yumthang Valley is a grazing pasture surrounded by the Himalayan Mountains in the North Sikkim district of Sikkim. It is at an elevation of 3,564 metres (11,800) at a distance of 150 km from the state capital Gangtok. It is popularly known as ‘Valley of Flowers’. Lachung is most sought after by tourist and the valley is either snow covered or the blooming Rhododendron always enhance the beauty of the place – On the way from Yumthang one may visit the famous hot spring known for its curative properties – Yumthang is a large valley surrounded by mountains where the tree line ends and the cold desert starts – In the winter months there is snow all around and the snow clad mountains adds to the beauty. After lunch leave for Gangtok. Overnight stay at Gangtok.

Day 5Yumthang Valley visit and drop to Gangtok

Day 6Gangtok to Darjeeling (100Kms)

After having breakfast move towards Darjeeling is a beautiful hill town set in West Bengal which is known for its tea plantations. The place makes one experience the most breathtaking views of the Himalayas.on the way visit to triveni view point. After reaching Darjeeling, check-in to the hotel and after fresh up can have a toy train ride. free to roam Darjeeling market in the evening.

Day 7Darjeeling Local Sightseeing

Early Morning at 3:45 am will move towards tiger hill .It is famous for its panoramic view of Mount Everest and MT Kanchenjunga together and early morning sunrise. On the way back to hotel visit the famous ghoom monastery and batasia loop.After breakfast will have a sightseeing which include,Japanese temple, Peace pagoda ,Ava art gallery,Padmaja Naidu Zoological Park, Himalayan Mountaineering Institute (Closed on Thursday), Ropeway, Tenzing Gumpo Rock, Tibetan Refugee Self Help Centre (Closed on Sunday).

Day 8Departure to Airport/Railway Station (90Kms)

Early Morning at 3:45 am will move towards tiger hill .It is famous for its panoramic view of Mount Everest and MT Kanchenjunga together and early morning sunrise. On the way back to hotel visit the famous ghoom monastery and batasia loop. After having breakfast will move towards NJP via kurseong.
